Make 1 with 2 S-hooks and a bit of.bungie cord.
I had stock 2010 which broke, battery laid againstthe cowl, and melted a spot on the outer white paint. Bummer.. thats when i started making my own.
Good luck

Thanks for that JB! It worked like a charm. No more broken straps for me!

Order the Piaggio equivalent for the PX models. They seem to last longer than the LML rubbers. I bought Piaggio from ScooterWest ( Motorsport Scooters) for my P200 and it's still holding up.

when you get one, you can extend its life with treatments like Gummi Pflege.
At what point does a hobby become an addiction? I'm uncertain, but after the twelfth scooter, it sorta feels like the latter...

Seriously...I've lost count...

Seven mopeds ...that's still manageable...

You could cut off the 2 D rings from an old strap, use them and a piece of nylon webbing with a buckle to tighten it against the battery.

I fabricated a new battery holdy thingy to fit a larger battery and took the opportunity to incorporate this beefy luggage strap. Now I have beefier battery, and strap :) quite pleased.

had to do the same, I used nylon webbing and velcro with the original metal rings, It's way better the the stock ones.

Just used a short bungee cord I had lying around the garage.
Just because I am Deaf ... does not mean I can't roar.
