Vented Cowls for Stella

Has anyone run vented cowls for their Stellas by using the Stellautomatic cowls or making their own. I know Stilts has, but I forget how he did his.

What was the affect on the engine operating temps?

After I upgraded my Stella last year, it keeps running hot and I would feel much better if it was running cooler.

Bit of a crap photo, but I just drilled speed holes towards the front of the cowl. I think it's helping a little bit, like *maybe* 10 degrees, but I also havent been on a super long ride yet since doing it in weather over 50 degrees. The actual vents over the flywheel, I think, will be more effective.
