Where to buy a rear rack with tire holder?

Hi everyone, my first post here, as I am excited to be buying my first Stella tomorrow!
I'm replacing my 2006 Bajaj Chetak, which had a rear rack that held the spare tire. With moon caps on the bike, it looked awesome, and random folks on the street always liked taking photos of their reflection in the moon cap on the spare, like this: http://members.modernvespa.net/scotter/ ... up_159.jpg
I've been doing some searching and haven't been able to find an aftermarket rack like that for the Stella (or for a Chetak, or Vespa). Can anyone point me to a site that is selling such a rack? Here is a side view: http://members.modernvespa.net/scotter/ ... ls_966.jpg
