Headlamp/Replacement bulb

I've surfed the boards for an answer to this question, but with no luck. I apologize in advance if someone has already addressed this in another post.

On my 2012 Stella 4T, can someone tell me if the headlamp bulb is dual filament - meaning is the high and low beam controlled with the same bulb? Or is low beam controlled with the tiny running light (this just seems weak)?

I just noticed that the small running lamp is the only thing working on low beam.

Also, I'm starting to get moisture inside the headlamp assembly. It seems that the glue is failing and the lens has pulled away from the housing. Anyone else have this issue? Are replacement parts only available from Genuine, or is there a good aftermarket solution?

Thanks in advance.

It's dual filament. You can see the two filaments when you look close up at it. Sounds like yours is blown.
