SIP Road and jetting... Spark plug look ok?

Hi all... I recently added SIP Road exhaust and changed out my jets to Bald John's settings (55/160, 160, BE3 and 102), drilled air filter and the bike now runs really strong. Great combination of mods and best bang for the buck. I wanted to get some opinions on whether I have the jetting correct. I think my plug looks a little lean?

Looks a little pale to my eye...I'd go up a size or two on the jet just to be safe.

I've ordered 103 and 104 jets. I'll try them over the weekend.

In reading about the Bald John settings i thought the main was supposed to be a 125 or 130. Thats what I just ordered, should I have gotten something smaller?
