How big of a trailer are you thinking about pulling? Unless you're thinking about one of those little PAV type things I don't think you're going to find much. I know guys that pull small trailers with their Goldwings (think 1500cc or more) and they certainly notice the extra weight of the trailer back there.

Have you tried asking over on modern vespa? I think there are quite a few folks there who have trailiers similar to the one you showed.
