Curb Weight of Genuine G400C?

I saw 353 pounds at a local motorcycle dealer website. They just got in 3 new ones. Is that wet or dry weight?

The Genuine website says 353 is the dry weight, but other sites say it’s the wet weight.

I’d tend to believe Genuine. Why does it matter?
