Fuel Leak Update, Grrrrrrr

So when we last checked, I told you guys that the dealer had confirmed my suspicions, and it was definitely the pressure relief valve which was leaking.

Well. That was more than a week ago.

Genuine sent them the wrong part.

(which may have to do with a lack of a parts book and a sales rep who sent the wrong piece, I dunno exactly how it worked out)

Now, if I was Genuine, and I made a mistake and shipped the wrong part on a warranty issue, I would bloody well overnight the correct part for Saturday delivery to the dealer and apologize to the customer.

But that didn't happen.

Instead, it's going to be Tuesday or Wednesday of next week before I can get my bike back.

If I relied on this bike for transport, this would be a massive issue. As it is, I'm not grumbling too much since I have a car.

This first round with Genuine is not instilling a lot of confidence in me. Is this SOP for them?
