I just rode my new/used '06 Blur home tonight. 889 bdu's on it when I picked it up, now it's got 1049. I rode home mostly on 2 lane country roads and the bike performed brilliantly. No buyer's remorse here--when I got into Minneapolis, the bike truly came into it's element. I'm not sure why I'm preaching to the choir here...I'm just excited
I can't wait to go to Rattle My Bones!
Thanks to all the active contributors here, Nathaniel Salzman, Dave Harrington's Blur review at Just Gotta Scoot.com and others.

Welcome to the elitist (or is that just rare?) club of modern scooters in America, lol. I think you'll enjoy it for a good while to come.
Check out Scoot Richmond's new site: My awesome local shop.

...thanks to everyone for the welcome... I'm loving my Blur, I nicknamed it "Hobgoblin" for those who are old/nerdy enough. I've removed every single cheesy orange sticker, an improvement on the looks IMO. I'm planning on changing out most of the bulbs for LEDs and throwing in a HID headlight, a la davelhunter styley. I simply love this bike, and at such a value... especially when you can find them lightly used. Perfect for me and my inner city sorties.
Now, if scooterworks would only get that NCY trans kit in stock...
I'm doomed.
