stickier/softer tires?

Post by killbilly »

While I like my Blur, I've noticed that the stock rubber seems to be a fairly hard compound and takes a while to really warm up to a "sporting" pace of riding.

Any recommendations for stickier and softer rubber? I don't ride enough to worry too much about mileage on them, but I'd like something a little more confidence-inspiring when I do ride it.

I've heard good things about the Michelin Pilot Sport SC tires:

I'm a big fan of Michelin tires and run their Pilot Sport 2 (PS2) tires on my Corvette. They are expensive... but since the tires are the only thing that touches the ground I make it a point to never skimp on them.
