VIN Location?

It's time for me to transfer the plate from my old scoot to my "new" used 06 Blur. Triple A needs to see the VIN on the Blur. Can anyone tell me where it's located on the 06 Blur? TIA.

Sorry Lostmycage, I should have been clearer. Yes, it's on the title and my insurance cards but Triple A needs to verify the VIN on the scooter, actually see it, or have an etching of it, so it's easier for them to just go out in the parking lot and see it. So I did some searching and see that the online manual says it's on the inside front cover, but inside front cover of what? Engine, seat, headlight?

On my 220 it's behind the little removable plastic plate right in front of where your right foot rests. I think that there is a little tab that you press in and off it comes. The VIN is etched on the tube behind the little door.
