What LED bulbs do you use in your deadlights?

Greetings all,

I get asked from time to time what LED bulbs I recommend using with my deadlight adapters on the Blur. But because I am not a Blur owner, I have never had the chance to compare bulbs. So to those that have converted their deadlights to running lights, I have a few questions for you.

Did you swap to LED bulbs?
If not, any negative effects on the charging system?
What LED bulbs do you recommend and how do they compare to the stock bulbs?
Did you just drop in the bulbs or do you also use LED surge protectors?
Any tips on changing the bulbs?
