Windshield

Post by Stoney rs »

Has anyone used a windshield on their blur other than the scooterworks one. I have the Puig 992 I think they may call it the city touring now. I prefer it over thr blur one cause its lighter wider and you do not have the annoying wind blast going between it and the headset blowing in your face.

I've defeated the gust between the Blur windshield and headset by cutting a piece of 1" foam in a triangle and using some velcro to hold it in place. It works! I'd love a wider windshield that is at least as tall as the Genuine one.

Try the one from puig it looks good and you wont have to be cutting foam.

I had a Puig 992 on my Kymco Agility, and it was just great but a bit too short. I may pick one up for the SR50, but the Blur one needs to be even taller than the Genuine one (and wider like the Puig) in order to be perfect for me.
