Blur/PGO diagnostic tools

Hi, I've just bought 2012 PGO Gmax EFI 220CC, which I think is similar to the US version Genuine Blur 220i.
I'd like to have my own diagnostic tool (scanner) for any future problems. I've searched on the web but I couldn't find any complete match for this type, does anyone can help by suggesting the right diagnostic tool?
