might have to have someone re- tap them to something bigger. they worked on the new gears with out a hitch? or the old gears also? i think all of us want different wheels but i for one can't afford to buy, check out, and ship back what doesn't work. nice work so far.

Have any of you thought about doing this as an alternative to the new final gears or new vario?

mine too

as a side note i dont think the secondary opens up all the way-as ive got a good 1/2 inch of black marker line left at the bottom of the pully on the clutch
anyone take apart the 2 clutch halves and see why?

well after sending the drive shaft to the machanest for some fine tuningImage Image is is 6mm too short,Andrew a\t scooterworks tells me that NCY is working on this !! But POLINI secondary gear set p2021346 is the shit ,my rat is sooooooooooo much faster ,i have tried the Malossi primary g/kit ,6mm too short they are made for PGO big max 50 ,and yamaha, but too short,i cant wate to see how fast it would be with the primary and a secondary kit!!!By the way i also tried the polini PGO big max variator and my stock seems to work better??? I am wateing on a Malossi variaton for a PGO big max ,we will see, Ill let you all know what i find out but i am cruzing at 55mps and pushing 65 w/o thats what my girl said whan i passed her in her FORD last week!!!! :twisted:Image
