Steering Lock Help Please

I have a 2009 Roughhouse 50 that recently got messed with down at college. The steering lock seems to be somewhat damaged because it doesn't lock fully now and you are able to turn the wheel straight in locked position but no further. I'm taking apart some panels of the scooter now wondering if there is any way to possibly fix this with what I have or will I need to order new parts. Also the steering wheels seems a little crooked but not by much to really notice. Any help would be appreciated thanks.
