exhaust mounting.

Post by theemptythrone »

hey fellow roughhousers, i have a question when it comes to the differences in exhaust mounts on the buddy vs. the roughhouse.
my friend just purchased one these for his Honda spree :www.treatland.tv/MLM-honda-spree-people ... pe-381.htm
i was absolutely amazed by the performance this pipe adds, so i was looking around their site and found this www.treatland.tv/MLM-genuine-buddy-50-p ... pe-381.htm

my question is will this Mount up to the rh? or will is it not compatible?

Many parts are interchangeable between the Buddy 50 and the RH since they share the same engine. Looking at the photos provided on the site, the mount looks similar to the RH. The mount holes for the RH are 8.75 mm or about 3 1/2 inches apart. But the bend at the exhaust port mount doesn't look quite right. Its not impossible to have this bent to fit, but at a little over $200 its just another added expense if it doesn't mate up.
