what quantity of fluid is used in the front shocks/struts?

I am doing some front end repairs to my 2014 Roughhouse 50. Specifically I want to replace the fluid in my front forks.

*My 1st question is what quantity of fluid in each strut?
*the 2nd question is what is the correct oil viscosity?

Thanks in advance! (as I have looked at every manual on the Net and can't find that info)
