2 questions location and wiring

I changed out my headlight today with the PIAA one. was looking to mount my Stebel horn and general looking to familiarize myself with my RH.

First question: I was looking for the blinker flasher and could not find it. is it under the top handle bar cover?

and when wiring the horn to the relay, do I just plug in the stock horn leads to the relay in any order. I couldnt figure that one part out.

#2: there is what seems to be a resistor bolted on the frame. small, white, and rectangular. what is it?

The flasher relay is mounted to the upper handlebar cover. The resistor is a resistor.
