2015 Roughhouse, starter turns on whenever I brake

Hi all. New to the forums, but I thought I'd ask the experts here before anything else. I got my Roughhouse about two months ago and the only service I've done so far is change the oil. Today when I left work, I went to start it like normal but when I squeezed the brake, the starter began cranking without the button being pressed. This happened with both brakes. My first guess is that the button head gone bad. Any advice is welcome. Thanks so much!

Yep, the start button's internals are sticking most likely. If you are slightly savvy you can take apart the switch and see what's going on or just replace it.

EDIT: That would also be covered under warranty if it's a new bike
