RH and Buddy 50 engines

Are the Buddy and RH 50 engines interchangeable? Can one just take a buddy 50 engine and swap it directly into the RH? I understand the oil injection tank is located differently but other than that?

The RH side case is longer to fit the bigger wheel. The top end/other parts are the same.
