What engine is in the RH/Buddy

Hey guy's/gal's
Could someone tell me what engine we have in the RH?
I believe it to be a minarelli engine but is it a clone? or PGO version?

The Buddy and RH50 use a combination Minarelli/QMB139/GY6 style motor.

Top end, crank, etc. are Minarelli.

Transmission is QMB139/GY6.
