PE32 there's 2 different versions 1 for stock and the other is for a modified 70 cc

Pe32 is a part number. It's the same pipe. It doesn't say anything about a 70cc version.
It is the same pipe that scooterworks sells for the 70cc kit, but there is only one version. Same version as they sell for the buddy 50.
