accessing headlight bulb

So how do you access the bulb? I figured it was just that top bolt and the small bolt on the bottom (turns out that's the headlight adjuster) but it didn't budge and I didn't see any other screws. My bulb has been out for a week now and I want to ride
How to pop off the front cover.

It is really easy, I took the cover off to mount my EZPass. you take the one screw at the top on the front, and you take the top 4 screws on the inside (By the cup holder, and ignition) the cover pops right off. I did the same thing you did at first, and it was a pain to get the headlight screw back in. Hope this helps.

Yeah the adjustment screw was a pita but not too bad.
