Out on a Taco Bell run tonight...
First "real" ride on the new Shinkos; gotta say that I'm pretty impressed for an inexpensive pair of white walls. Hope they hold up.

Last week I took a nice ride up to a local park and stopped at an overlook. A nice ride with a great view:

The irony here is the next day I hurt my back picking up a 10mm wrench off of the garage floor, I know a wrench, somehow I caused the 3 herniated disc's (that I did not even know I had)in my back to put pressure on the L5 nerve in my back creating a incapacitating amount of pain. So after 2 failed back epidermal injections, a month of missed work (as of writing this I am still restricted from working) and missing the Land of 10K scoot]s rally, I still have not rode my scoot since I finished it.

Dave how do you like the ride with that sprung seat ? And are the cowl's secure now that the release lever's are out in the open ?

I like it a lot. Adds an extra bounce.

I had to shorten the cowl levers to make them work with the single seat but they still work fine.

Holy Balls! That thing is beautiful. What type of front mudguard is that?

This followed me home today. It will fit nicely in the garage with the Buddy 50 and Blackjack.

I saw that one on Craigslist. Looked like a sweet deal. Good luck with it.
