The front driven pulley. Aftermarket ones usually give you better performance.

here is my somewhat done de-catted black cat...
i love this thing. so much better than my old zuma!
what do you guys think bout some vintage red racing stripes along the white panels???
i will be touching up all the black panels this week, getting rid of the silver footrests, yellow vin cover, etc.
enjoy!

Wow...I just purchased a Black Cat last night and stripped off the stickers. After seeing yours I want to paint my yellow panels. Can you provide a tutorial on how you painted yours with details focusing on what paint was used, type of sandpaper grit, etc.? Anything advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

Here are a few pics of what I have come up with so far.
I had thought about covering everything in carbon fiber but it would have been to costly.
This is a cheaper alternative.
I wanted to tone the yellow down while still keeping with the original color combination.

Mrs.Spaceman, that looks way better than I would have guessed it would have before seeing it! Nice job.

This is at 14 miles. Got over 850 now. And yes, I painted the goofy warnings. Got tired of people ridiculing me... "Hey kid, where's your mommy?".
I'm inspired by Mrs.Spaceman and am getting ready to do a custom paint job. Maybe a nice winter camouflage pattern. Because everyday is a battle.
Update: scooter tag shot from another forum.

Camo fan huh?
wonder if you could cover the body panels in this?

or this

my brother has his ATV wrapped in that kind of stuff - looks pretty cool (if you are into it)

Ah, cool. Thanks for the links! I'm thinking something along the lines of this:
I've been going back and forth between white, black, and gray/silver on the paint color. Since I can't make up my mind... winter camo it is. Ya, a kit would be really easy.

That would look pretty sweet. Or... you could paint it silver and/or black and buy a camo seat cover from me
