I'd say Leo's bike is a Vectrix.
Beer is the answer . . . what was the question?

It's a Vectrix all electric bike.

Also, mario's show is boring, I hate watching it. Give me unwrapped or good eats.

Crocs wearers get their feet/toes amputated from escalators easily. A local boy at the mall lost his WHOLE right foot from wearing crocs at the mall.

The Crocs are Mario's signature, he was wearing them LONG before they became popular.

I'm not sayin' that;s good thing, I'm just sayin'.

Crocs are ugly and all, but does no one else think that larger scooters are just a blight on all scooterdom?

I hope Leo isn't going too far ... Scooterworks said the Vectrix was only good for about 30 miles on a full charge.

Just like those scooter riders who wish they had Harleys.
Meh. Scoot's a scoot. No need to be elitist.

I agree, if you're going to get a scooter, get a scooter. If you want a harley or crotch-rocket, get one. Just don't buy some hideous hybrid of the two :P

I'll agree with those that think the maxi-scoots generally look nasty. However, I think it was Armacham that mentioned the Aprilia Scarabeo 500 as being a sharp looking larger scooter. I agree ... I hope to see it at the Chicago Cycle Show this weekend.

Wow, I do like that scoot quite a bit. It manages to keep a lot of the vintage flair.

Hee Hee, Ha Ha!

Harley elitists claim people ride other bikes because they can't afford a Harley. Could it be possible that 'some' scooterists feel the same about maxis? Nahhh, that's not possible.
I ride a Helix as well as a couple other scoots and a mc. The absolute worst scooter I own is a Genuine Buddy 125 when it comes to weather protection. On mornings that are below or near freezing or raining I ride the Helix. The Buddy, the Vino and the Ruckus are rotten when it comes to riding in other than decent weather. Its not a matter of being elitist, its just good sense for the enjoyment of the two wheel riding experience.
Different strokes for different folks.
I must confess that I've considered putting on a pirate costume while riding my Helix. :D That should get some comments on one of the toy runs.

Haha, yeah, for me it has nothing to do with being "an elitist," I just think that those scooters are ugly and the best way I can describe their looks is "motorcycle-wannabe." If I think crocs are ugly, that doesn't make me a flip-flop elitist, I just think they're ugly :P

There was a "dream thread" a while back. After seeing this, I expect I'll be having a nightmare soon enough. Watch for my dream post.

Aprilia nails the style factor pretty easily. They always seem to make the mark on a combination of modern features and retro style. My lovely spouse loves her Scarabeo 100. An honest 100MPG, and 56MPH top speed on a flat road.Image
