I was going to post the same question last night, after I re-wired my turn signals and saw the horn staring right at me. It looks like there would be a bit of room, and it certainly is easy to access.

This should take care of things nicely.

I'm planning to get one for my Peugeot one day, but I've got higher priorities, like getting the brake job done.

Quote from horn site...

"The only thing that is compact about this horn is that it's smaller than the original Nautilus. This is not a small horn - it's about 3" x 5" x 2.5", or two Red Bull cans side by side. It is basically a mini air compressor attached to two trumpets, with a response time of about 90ms from voltage to sound (fast for an air horn). It draws 18 amps (~250 watts!) and comes with it's own relay. It just won't fit on some bikes, no matter where you try to mount it. Why on earth would you want such a horn?"

Wow! yes I want one. Since it draws 18 amps you might be able to also use it as an engine kill switch.

Here's a link to my install of a Stebel Nautilus Compact on my Vespa. Some of it might help for the Buddy. It also links to the related thread on adding electricals to use with the horn and a 12V outlet.
