I had never seen that before (despite my love of Top Gear). Wow, what I wouldn't do for one of those!

*jaw drops* drool .... I had to show the gf the top gear review of that thing. It has rocketed to the top of our must find a way to acquire list. Unfortunately ... that's not going to happen for a while on a grad student's and computer guy's salary for quite some time. Maybe in time for my midlife crisis ...

I don't know specifically about California, but it *IS* street legal in the US in general. It costs about $65000.babblefish wrote:So this thing is actually legal to drive on public roads here in the U.S.? How about in California where "high performance cars" are frownded upon by the local government? How much does it cost?

The atom is nothing compared to this.
it's based off a jet, and you can buy it right now!

I dont see much use for this besides shows though, going to the grocery store in this car would be kinda hard.

Yea, i noticed that too, but I meant looks wise.Kaos wrote:Umm, actually according to the specs, its slower than the Atom. Its 0-60 time is a 1/2 a second slower.jfrost2 wrote:The atom is nothing compared to this.
And it's an order of magnitude more expensive.
KTM also makes a similar car to the atom, I forgot it's name, but it looks just as sharp, it uses a audi engine to power the vehicle, so far it's European because of limitations audi has put on KTM.
