Blur performance upgrades

Post by BlueMark »

I found a Aussie Bolwell Owners website with info on the Bolwell Gmax 150 - the Downunder Blur.

One Gmax 150 tuner claims that the carbureted non-EVO 150 engine (PGO C5) is actually the ubiquitous Honda GY6 - thus opening the world of GY6 bore kits as engine upgrades - like these.

Is that Bloke full of hooey?

You see, I can't trade my Blur 150 plus a bag of marbles in for the 200. But I might be able to afford a small performance upgrade.

I'm not sure, thus my "hooey" question. Still looking for confirmation.
