Thought it might be a Buddy but can't even tell what color it really is. Orange? Pink? On second look, not a Buddy. Probably.

Heh.

But at least they made it to the other side of the arm, albeit the hard way.

Thats why you go AROUND the arm, not under it.

Maybe he'd thought he'd get charged?

This is why motorcycles and scooters aren't allowed in the parking garages of Cincinnati.

Many of them even have one of those street sign type graphics showing a motorcyclist getting clocked by the arm.

(I prefer to go ahead and switch your left foot to the right pedal and hang off the side that way...)

I forgot the name of the manufacture, but it's a cheap Chinese drop ship overnight type of scooter. Vento, tank, and many other cheapo Chinese rebadgers have used that bike. I recognize the back and the headlight side view.

I used to have the source distributor who actually builds the bikes. They also make cheapo really bad looking yard tools too, like the ones you find at second rate hardware stores with con man sales clerks.

It's interesting to see the bike's manufacture and then say "hey I've seen this bike under this name, that name, and 50 other names"

Something like that happened to me a few weeks ago - I was leaving a parking garage, and the curbs were so close I couldn't make it around the arm. I managed to trigger the magnetic sensor to release me, however, apparently the arm was timed to come down the INSTANT that it didn't sense a car. I got the front of the scoot through then the thing came down between me and my handlebars and nearly made me bite it in the process. Somehow I managed to lean over far enough to get out, but it was not fun at all. I don't go in that parking garage anymore.
