Monday - I'm thinking a Labor Day cook out? Perhaps up to the Croton Dam. I know, I should have been planning this much earlier. There are picnic tables, and grills. We get a few people together, make a list of some foods to bring, everyone brings something, we meet up here in the city, drive up, either local roads or highways, and make an event of it! Beautiful place, just below the big reservoir dam, big green field, trees, very very peaceful landscape. And also, all around the reservoir, there are AWESOME roads with little hills, curves, and a great time driving! Images below from my last time up there, about 2 weeks ago.
