Riding and Thinking

Post by RunRun »

Well it was a another one of those California nice days, so I took advantage of it and went for ride on the Blur 8)

I took the back-roads from Pleasanton to Milpitas on Calaveras Rd. It was truly amazing looking at the mountain see-nary and going around all the twisty and turns the road had to offer. I was taken back by the ride through the mountain and the see-nary I think I went all the way through only doing 5 to 10mph I just couldn't stop looking and taking pictures. I was going so slow other motorcyclist must of known It was my first time, they where zooming by me as if they had did it a thousand times.

Once I made it all the way through the mountain I turned around and decided to come back through it again.
But on the way back I decided speed it up a bit I found the twisties to be fun. [I got to do that again]!!

Thanks Dru,

One weekend I got to hit Pagemill Rd. I grew-up over their and worked on Pagemill Rd. I miss that side of the Bay from time to time I'll drive over there just to look around Palo Alto,Menlo Park, Mountain View, Sunnyvale ECT.

One day I plan to move back :D

wow, nice photos!

Too bad I can't get that type of scenery livin in the FLATLANDS! (Illinois)
Especially up North!

..it's ok, that just means less time to admire scenery and more time to admire speed! haha :P

Nah, but being able to at least drive through forests and along rivers is still really nice...mountains would be nice though.
