Closest one to FL is Texas or Tennessee!

Oh well, there's always next time... then again I might try to get Washington's sister's grave just for kicks.

Huh. That's actually a very interesting site. Interesting to see the burial sites/markers - from the very humble to very ornate.

Greeneville, TN and Andrew Johnson National Cemetary are only 70 miles (2 hours) away. If no one gets this tag over the weekend I'll grab it. :) I'd rather the weather clear up a little for a non-commuting ride, just for enjoyment's sake, though if it clears up this afternoon I'll take off after it. ;)

Here lays James K. Polk, 11th President of these United States:
<a href="http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v356/ ... C00485.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v356/ ... C00485.jpg" border="0" alt="Scooter,Genuine Buddy,James K. Polk"></a>

Your next tag, should you choose to except it, your scooter w/a buffalo, the only stipulation is that if its not alive (or in taxidermy form) it must be equal of or greater proportion to a real buffalo. There's a median here in Nashville on the verge of what might be considered the ghetto, and why in the world someone decided to adorn it w/buffalo's is beyond me. I don't believe they are indigenous to TN... unlike James K. Polk.

Good one! I already have 2 photos that I could post if I were a cheater and used older photos. I like to snap a pic whenever I see any over-sized animals or objects on my scooter rides.

Oh, man, am I     !

I didn't know you couldn't use old photos. My roller coaster one is old - and I used it on another scooter tag game on another site.
So, is it ok to take pictures of things in anticipation of using them as a tag? (Which is what I did with Grant's tomb.) For ex., yesterday I was at PepsiCo's headquarters (they have a sculpture garden). Today I said, "oh I should have taken a picture of my scoot and the PepsiCo sign to use as a future tag: corporate headquarters.

Cheater!

I have not seen the official rules for the Wordwide Scooter Tag Association®, but I think in practice stock photos are not encouraged.

Wordwide Scooter Tag Association® Official Rulebook; Paragraph 845.5 subsection 4 line 65 wrote: Clearly states:
At no time will a stock photo either from a player's own personal library nor previous scavenger hunt experiences, regardless of the method of play; e.g. scooter club meeting, online forum, campus bulletin board; shall be accepted as a legitimate tag, unless said photo is followed by an exceptionally difficult tag in which very few players have access to tagging; e.g. next to Bigfoot, Nessie, or a Presidential tomb.
See it says right there her tag is allowed. Game on!

Here's my fake buffalo. He was lying down, and wouldn't get up.

Here's the next tag to get: something outsized, something scaled much larger than lifesize.

From Music Row to Arrington... you know, if I went to go find a vineyard, it'd be the same one UnionZac photographed... is that legit for scooter tag??

Really. I'm a little disappointed. The climate in Phx doesn't lend itself to the grape, so I've been (im)patiently waiting.

So come on, one of you winos, get us a picture of a vineyard and a cactus so I have a chance to get involved again!

We have a church called My Father's Vineyard... does that count?

There is a WINERY that is about 60 miles away, but the VINEYARD they get the grapes from is quite a bit farther away. Wish I had time to go over there.

I thought about a pic with a Vineyard St/Rd/Ln/Wy sign too. And we have a bar called The Vine. But I had no idea that this tag would stand so long.

I finally got out to get this. We actually have quite a few vineyards in and around the Portland area, also known as the Willamette Valley. So I give you, without futher ado, Cooper Mountain Vineyards

The vines, yellow leaves for fall
<a href="http://s1012.photobucket.com/albums/af2 ... CF3065.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1012.photobucket.com/albums/af2 ... CF3065.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>
The sign in front, glare makes it hard to see "Vineyards" below Cooper Mountain
<a href="http://s1012.photobucket.com/albums/af2 ... CF3066.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1012.photobucket.com/albums/af2 ... CF3066.jpg" border="0" alt="Cooper Mountain Vineyards"></a>

Your next tag, should you choose to accept it, a giant insect*. This one, amusingly enough, was advertising a dance studio. My scooter is in the background.

<a href="http://s1012.photobucket.com/albums/af2 ... CF3067.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i1012.photobucket.com/albums/af2 ... CF3067.jpg" border="0" alt="Giant Ant"></a>
*your insect does not have to be grammatically challenged

Well, I was thinking anything larger than life would work. But I think it would also be acceptable if you live somewhere that has naturally occurring scary-large insects and you manage to get a picture with one of them.

Possible big insect locations: Exterminator headquarters (perhaps painted onto their trucks), playground equipment, or even a Halloween decoration posed on your seat.

Call them whatever you like, they look like roaches to me! I've lived here my whole life and we always called them cockroaches,
someone was like "palmetto bugs are the worst!" and I'm thinking what the heck are those? Also we have giant stink-bug-looking
things with big grasshopper legs. Now THOSE are creepy.

Yay! I didn't kill scooter tag after all. :D Nice job! I like how the wall color coordinates with your scooter, and that segues nicely into your tag. So on that tag, does the color match have to be exact, or would any old green scooter match the Italia (not that I can recall seeing any other green scoots, besides the Italia, but just in case).
