Im getting ready to swap my rear tire pretty mutch no more tread, when I take off the exhaust do I need to get a new gasket or is the gasket pretty durable so I guess what I am asking do I need to swap that out as well?

you don't need to swap out anything but the tire

The gasket is re-usable.
