Buddy acquired.
Spent a little QT with it yesterday evening after I picked it up -- thanks again to Seth at Metro Scooter! -- tweaking a few bits here and there -- again, thanks to Seth (for totally letting me bite his style).
Here are the results:
(Gears? On a CVT? )
The lights that should be the turn signals are the turn signals, the right side mirror has been deleted, and so have the reflectors.
Take that DOT!

Yeah, Seth was *super cool* about me biting his setup.Lagerhead wrote:Even got the little red plug thing in the mirror hole, nice.
Basically, at this point, he's done everything that I would have done -- granted, I'd have put a sloppy bolt in where the lil' red plug is, but otherwise...
He's going to end up doing more performance mods, I reckon, and I'm going to try to keep mine cosmetic if I do any [real mods] at all. I don't really feel like I've 'modded' anything at this point...
Oh, and thanks for the positive replies!

Scribble Jam is a hip-hop fest here in Cincinnati, hosted at a venue called Annie's -- http://www.anniesentertainment.com/scribble.html and http://www.scribblejam.net/.
Anyway, a buddy of mine is a killer artist... His website is http://clinikill.com/.
Here's a piece out behind the building where I work... (I'm posting it as a link because it's huge, and it'll piss off everyone's browsers).

and chris, check out the xyls -- great group
I'll end up on the XYL site soon, I'm sure... I'm trying to keep myself from diving in too quickly.
I need to keep the scooter sane, and keeping vehicles sane is not something I'm good at.

Your photos sell that color better than any others I've seen. Nice job and scooter, as well.
