Kudos to Scooterworks!

Post by Elm Creek Smith »

I ordered two new tires, Vee Rubber All Purpose 3.50x10, a new Kevlar belt, and new 12g Dr. Pulley weights, from Scooterworks at 11:00 pm on Monday, and the UPS driver ran them into my garage today while I was working in the yard. I didn't even pay for express shipping!

Kudos to Scooterworks!

Yes, that is my scooter.
Yes, I wear a helmet and a FIRSTGEAR armored jacket.
No, I'm not embarrassed to be seen riding it.
Yes, that is an NRA sticker on the fender.

Is UPS going to pay for the damage to your garage?

That's pretty quick delivery and sounds like a challenge for you to match.
Do you have is all installed yet?

Ran into Anna from Scooterworks at Amerivespa. She spotted my old Prima bag--badly faded with the clasps held together by twisty-ties and immediately told me they would replace it for free! I'm calling tomorrow to get it done. Even if I have to pay shipping, it's well worth it. Pretty darn cool of them.

I got the stuff on Thursday, dropped it and the Budd off at Tulsa Scooters on Friday, and they finished the work on Saturday! I, unfortunately, was at work so I didn't get the scoot picked up until Tuesday (Monday was Memorial Day). I've ridden it to work every day since then!

Quick enough for you guys?

PS. Luckily the garage door was open and the UPS gal left her truck in the street! -ecs

Big Kudos to Anna and Scooterworks! I came home to a brand new Prima Roll Bag for my scooter today--free of charge from Scooterworks! You gotta love service like that (and a freebee of Orangehead candy thrown in as well)!
