Anyone have a photo of their Stella with the legshield mirror?

and/or if you have/had one (or two) what did you think?

A guy i used to work with had one on his GL. It is enough to keep you legal, but to see anything behind you; you're gonna have to look down. Not the greatest when emergency situations occur in front of you while you're trying to see if anyone is behind you.

Hmmm
I don't see a lot other than my shoulders in the stock mirrors so I thought one of those might offer a better view

I had on and I always wound up knocking it out of alignment, until it fell off.

I'm 6'1" and 250. I know what you mean, however, I have found that if I turn my shoulders just a little bit, that i can see behind me pretty well. I am looking for some replacement mirrors, but it's not that bad.

have you tried looking at bar-end mirrors. or flipping your mirrors upside down.

the bar end would only work on the right but might be a solution - I use a bar end mirror on my snowmobiles

Upside down... didn't think of that - I might have to do that to see how it looks

I don't like bar-ends (they vibrate way too much, they're hard to see, and they take up a lot of room in the garage, ha), and legshield mirrors are pretty much useless.

Try adjusting the angle of your mirrors, don't bend the stem, just loosen the nut on the bottom and rotate them at the base, a lot of shops just throw them on and don't really adjust them properly. just a couple degrees can make a huge difference.
