Any info on Seth from Cincy's Metro Scooter?

Post by blurblaine »

Just heard that Seth Hershey, scooter rider/mechanic phenom at Cincinnati's Metro Scooter was involved in a crash last Thursday and is in the hospital.

Any updates?

Sunday: University Hospital doesn't list him as a patient ...

news article could be wrong about where he is being treated...

Yikes! This is the first I've heard of it. People drive on Colerain like they have lost their minds - I don't get it! I live right off Colerain so that's how I commute when I'm in my car, but I'll never ride my scooter on it.

Fingers crossed for him!

Most of that Fox 19 report was incorrect :? It happened about 9:15 Thursday night, girl turned left in front of him about 3 blocks from his house. Broken wrist two broken scapulae, and a broken toe. all this while wearing all of the gear,so it could have been MUCH worse. Helmet is trashed but it did it's job. same with his jacket and riding boots (all gear had to be cut off of him) He got home late ish sunday afternoon and is being very well taken care of. stay safe out there and be aware, no one is looking for us yet. I'll try to update as I can and as information warrants.
