Seems Like a Good Price

Post by TomCat »

Saw this on CL today. Very seldom do you see a Genuine scoot for sale in this area, especially a Stella. Seems like a decent price to me, but what do I know.

Were they really $4500 new in '05 or is he somewhat exaggerating?

Sounds a bit of an exaggeration to me... But you know how people are. he probably paid somewhere around 3k plus tax, title, dealer prep, freight, etc. And then added the retail price of the chrome, including shipping.

His price is not bad though.....

It is a good price and he is exaggerating. You can't put a helmet in the glove box either.

Well, not one worth the name, but I'm sure you could fit a skull cap "helmet" in there.
