Here's a photo that appeared on the front page of Fridays Sun-News paper
here in Las Cruces. Texting while riding! That's just the type of publicity we scooterists need, eh? At least he had all of his protective gear on!

I have a pair of DJ Slims from OT so I can listen to music and answer calls completely hands free but texting while scooting....bad move slick.

One big difference though is there aren't many cagers that are going to get killed by a texting scooterist (true enough that pedestrians might be a risk).

There have been people nominated who were not dead but did succeed in removing themselves from the gene pool. Sooooooo if he crashed and slid crotch first into a sturdy sign post he could conceivably squish his bits and therefore qualify for a Darwin nomination. I'm just sayin'.
