Rattler gas gauge
Ran out of gas on the way to work this morning. Gauge still read 1/4 tank.
Anyone else have this problem?

I am pretty sure the Rattler has a different gas gauge than the Black Cat as the Rattler is digital and the Black Cat is analog. Anyway, my experience has been the opposite. My gas gauge has been pegged empty and I still made it home and there is still a little gas sloshing around when I visually check in the tank. I have also noticed that the gauge fluctuates quite a bit as I ride.

Gas guage
I got gas the other day for the first time in my 110 rattler it got down to the last few bars and it started flashing so I pulled in got gas. I filled it to full and started to stop at the stop sign and it died 2nd stop sign died again after awhile it cleaned up as the gas went down a little bit.

Well it died again last week with an almost full tank, so I suspect that the gauge might be OK. Talked to Bob (from Scooterville) and we eliminated a couple of things that could have made it die. It's either a fuel delivery issue, or something in the ignition that's cutting out at high speed (both times this has happened have been over 50 MPH).
So far it's a head scratcher. Stay tuned, folks.

OK, the gauge appears to work fine. Started flashing after the 1/4 tank bar disappeared. I was close enough to a gas station so it wasn't a problem.

this to happend to my 110 the first week i had it
if i ran down the highway 55+ for more than 15min or so it would run out of gas
it turned out the rubber seal in the gas cap had swelled and cut off the fuel tank vent
i just drilled another set of vents in the cap along side them
and never had another problem with it
