I brought this up a while back. They should at minimum have a 4 valve head on the 220 which would make it a much better motor(the old 150cc Blur had a 4 valve head). Water cooling would make it a beast. The 200cc Vespa motor is 4 valve and liquid cooled and makes 21hp. Ours should be 23-24 hp with the same tech.
