D'oh!

Post by Stilts »

So, I practically fly home (and break a few traffic laws!) when the wife informs me that my new chrome horn cover has arrived to replace the one that's cracked and duct-taped together and only being held on by the top screw only to discover that the new horn cover does not come with the little clips that hold the two lower screws in place. The original ones are AWOL since the incident that broke the original cover.

Home Depot had them and yes, they were in the dreaded drawers. Actually, they were not so difficult to find, as the drawer was labeled SPEED NUTS.

Horn cover affixed and looking good.
