From your vid, it sounds much quieter at idle than the Next R Technigas, but when revved it may be close to the same noise levels. Of course without a proper decibel meter reading its up for conjecture.

Interesting. It seems mellower and less annoying than the Prime. The Prima has a lot of higher frequency spikes that I really don't like.

Thanks for the video!

Mlm also makes an interesting sidebleed pipe for the buddy that I'm pretty sure will fit the roughhouse.

theemptythrone: I am assuming the restrictor was removed from the TT during install? I just received mine from http://scooterpartsco.com/ and it came with the restrictor welded in place. I am planning on doing the install this week and wanted to know if the performance gains you mention where with or without this restrictor. I am also wondering is that beautiful sound it is producing was with or without the restrictor? It sounds so much better than the prima…

In another forum you mention air box snorkel removal / 6.2 rollers / 93 jet. Is that still the combo you are using? I am trying to cut out some trial and error as I am doing all of this myself. No BBK on your RH50 correct?

Hi Ryan T, I'm sure the restriction was removed prior to installation, its the only way to get the full benefit of a performance boost from these pipes. Most use a Dremel type tool to cut out the restriction.

Any decent after-market exhaust for my 2009 RH50 available?? I can tell you this TecniGas Silent Sport Exhaust Minarelli Horizontal was advertised as fitting the RH50, but it doesn't bolt right up to the side support bolt holes. The holes are about an inch off.

It would require modding in a bracket plate of some sort to get it to fasten in. Also, there is no branch pipe to connect to that hose that is probably to prewarm the carb? Also, even if you do ghetto-rig a support bracket in there, then pipe would then block access to the stator. So, mmmm, not a good choice for replacement exhaust, imho. Any other suggestions? I don't want high end, don't care about sound etc. thanks!!
