Unfortunately, Jamaica Beach, like all the other beaches was
covered with seaweed from the Sargasso Sea.
-We spent a little time on the beach and then unloaded the scooters for a ride.
Two cruise ships were moored in the port of Galveston. I got
a pic of a Royal Carribean Ship. The new ship Carnival Magic was
also in port. We took the bridge over to Pelican Island. My wife
saw a huge red snake by the road but unfortunately didn't get a pic.
We stopped in front of Seawolf park for a view of the USS Stewart.
After a Cajun lunch at Leo's, were went back to the mainland and,
unfortunately, back to reality.
