Summer Organized Rides?
Just a little something that I heard being bounced around on a conference call the other day...
What would you folks say to a series of "scooter dork" rides around the country this summer and into the fall? Would you be willing to come out and ride, no strings attached? No cost (of course) and all brands and types of two-wheeled scooters invited? It would be just some folks getting together like the "family" rides of a few years back.
Let me know here and I'll pass it along to the biggest scooter dork there is

You are correct! Philip is doing very well indeed. I was trying to get him to come on here for his yearly hello, but he surprised us by thinking about a series of rides later in the summer and/or fall if people are up for it.
He's got some interesting things planned for the future and will share them when they are more solid. The next time I talk to him I'll give him the feedback from MB and tell him that he is missed!

With the apparent local 'pleasure scooting' population of 1 (yes, me), it is almost effortless to arrange local rides... Who knows, maybe I could get a "liquorcyclist" to join in once or twice, making it a "group".

So funny, but SO true in my situation too!CapnK wrote:With the apparent local 'pleasure scooting' population of 1 (yes, me), it is almost effortless to arrange local rides... Who knows, maybe I could get a "liquorcyclist" to join in once or twice, making it a "group".
We've got lots of Harley riders as the store is down the street, but they are all in a BIG hurry!
