A divorced guy was cleaning out a storage unit, and my friend was there at the right time.
He says the Stella starts pretty easy, but once it starts it won't restart. Once it starts, it idles' great, but when he revs it it stalls.
Sounds like the carb is all gunked up, the starter jet might be working, but the main is clogged, and it is flooding. Do I have this right? If not, what should I advise him?
Buddy Scored an Orange 2T Stella, very, very nice for $800

Here is where I would start. Drain the old fuel out of the tank, rebuild the carb...order a rebuild kit and take the thing all the way apart to clean...less than $20. Make sure the is 2T oil in there. Stick in a new plug and ride it!
