Right cowl is getting a little loose

Right cowl is getting a little loose
My right cowl never fit to well and it is always a constant struggle trying to get that bugger on. I have had to take it off quite often lately and noticed it is getting more loose and less tight when I pull the lever like nymphomaniac. Is there anyway to tighten the cowl levers so I get the cowl to pull more tightly against the frame?
