Portable jack? You mean you want to change your tire at the side of the road? Why? If you know it is worn out just take it to a shop and have them change it for you.

The dealer is almost 60 mi from me and I have 0 confidence in the local ones. It's the price you pay for not living in the city + some things you can do yourself.

This looks simple and effective for a roadside rear tire change:

Two I've used for roadside tire changing:

1. Slide a beer can (preferably full) under the engine casing while lifting the rear wheel clear, on the stand; or

2. Lay it down on some grass on the right side (remember to turn off the fuel tap.

YMMV

I've heard a 2x4 under the stand and the weight on the front of the scoot lifts the back up enough.

I'm in the 'Lay it down' school if it's my rear tire I need to swap.

Obviously the front doesn't need anything special.

With the Stella you can rotate your tires so you have even wear across all three, Every time you change your Gear oil (or Engine if it's a 4T) move em around, it should make them wear longer.

Look at post 1 in that link above... a 7 inch peice of 2X4 is perfect. Doesnt take alot of space in the glove box either. Mines tucked in behind the spring.
good luck
